Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we use it, and how to reach us about your information.
Last updated: October 1, 2026Scope
This notice describes the Fyntrix website and messages sent to us through its contact links. It is not a patient portal or a way to send medical records. Please do not include patient names, diagnoses, treatment details, or other medical information in an inquiry.
Information you choose to share
The discussion form asks for your name, work email, practice type, website (optional), priority, and message. Audit request forms may also ask about your company, goals, budget, platform, or current challenges. Netlify processes these requests, and we store them in our private EmDash content system, hosted on Cloudflare with Supabase as its database. Please do not include patient or medical information.
If you contact us directly by email, we receive the information in your message and any correspondence that follows. Our hosting provider may also process routine technical data, such as an IP address and browser request, to deliver the site.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, understand whether we may be a fit, prepare a proposed scope, and manage a working relationship if one begins. We do not sell information submitted through this website.
Third-party services
Netlify hosts the website and relays form submissions to our EmDash content system. Cloudflare hosts EmDash, and Supabase stores its database records. Your email provider and ours process messages you choose to send. This website loads its typography through Google Fonts. We use Google Analytics to understand visits and page usage; its standard web tag may use first-party cookies and process browser, device, session, and approximate location information. We do not intentionally send inquiry form contents or patient information to Analytics. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.
Our inquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help detect automated submissions. Google may process browser and device information when you submit a form. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If we add advertising tools, scheduling, or other services, we will update this notice.
Retention and your choices
We keep business inquiries and related correspondence as long as needed for the conversation, a working relationship, or applicable operational and legal purposes. You can ask us about the information we hold, request a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing us. We will review requests in light of any obligations that require us to keep particular records.
